Android Question

My grandson has a 7" android tablet. He seems to have lost the driver to make this tablet work. It only has a white screen, will not boot up or let you shut it down. How can I re install the driver needed to get this to work?

The driver is the program that runs on a desktop or laptop that lets it connect to the tablet.

It's impossible to diagnose a problem like that over the internet, but it sounds like a soft brick. Your best bet is to bring the tablet to a repair shop.

Or contact Google for a warranty replacement if it's within the coverage period.

You could also see if these instructions might help you get it working again:
