Help 70% display?

so my DX battery was good on froyo then i got the OTA and since then my battery has been progressively worse

it used to be 70% in 6 hours now its 70% in about 3 to 4 hours

i check the battery usage and for some reason it says that display is about an average 70%
im on launcher pro and i only use 3 screens and i barely have anything on them

any suggestions?

Don't turn on your screen mine is at 66% and I get great battery life.

good idea except i have things to do on it -.-

o and brightness is at the lowest

Have you done a factory reset after the OTA? It works wonders for all kinds of issues.

My display is currently using 55%. Im at 30% after 11 hrs....

i just did a factory reset the other night
it fixed my wifi problem my lockscreen problem and i didnt even know about the great animations

still high display though
