Need an expert

Guest
I need the help of an expert. I need serious help. I deleted my account over two months ago. I spent a TON of money on a brand new Galaxy note phone in April 2016, and it's now October 2016 and now it's not connecting to the internet or any apps or wifi. So I decided to factory reset it to see if that would try to solve the issue since I'd tried all other things, but the thing is I got the Google account owner previously synced account thingy. But I DELETED THAT ACCOUNT.Like over a month or two ago. I tried recovering that deleted account, but I COULDN'T and now there's no way I can get back into my phone and I'm panicking because I think I spent $700 on a phone and I don't have one, can someone please help me please for the love of god someone help me, a mod or someone. I DELETED that account that the phone was first synced on. --- Also, I tried re-making the account, and it just said that email username was taken... I don't even know where to put this thread at... PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. Please tell me that my phone isn't impossible to get back into.

That's the link to the guys that I'm replying to here, because when I tried to sign up for this site, I got denied for "spam like behavior" stupid site. Anyways, I'm on the verge of tears for being locked out of my phone, it's been 2-3 days now and I tried logging in with my current email and it still hasn't worked. That one guy said try to log in with my previous account, I guess he can't read or something, THAT ACCOUNT IS DELETED. ... WOW. Lol. I can't log into something that's been deleted for 2 months. GOOGLE TELLS YOU THAT YOU CAN'T RECOVER IT AFTER THAT LONG OF A TIME.

I need an experts help, I have plans that are renewing, I'm on the verge of tears, I'm so stressed, I have a $700 phone I can't use, I need someone's help, PLEASE someone help me, I need help so bad please for the love of jesus in a hand basket, SOMEONE have a solution to this problem. You're right. You can't log into an account that's deleted. However Android doesn't know it's been deleted, and is simply asking for verification that you are the rightful owner. As explained it's a security measure to prevent stolen devices simply being reset and reused/sold.

If the account can't be recovered than all I can suggest is asking Samsung themselves for advice. There's no way afaik to circumvent FRP.

ALSO keep in mind, I can't reply! I have to make a whole new thread to reply!

I'll get someone to look into that.

Give yourself a break and stop trying to solve this issue on your own. Contact the retailer you bought the phone from, or as @Slug suggested call or write Samsung. Explain your situation and let a licensed phone center fix your phone. At this point your phone is just locked by the FRP, a situation a repair center runs into frequently and you should still have coverage through your warranty.

Keep in mind that trying to do something like bypass the Factory Reset Protection isn't a trivial task. If you do 'fix it yourself' than that will be great but if not at that point if you send your phone to be reset, it could be arbitrarily tagged as a ' requires payment' repair and not a 'warranty' repair.

As stated above, the best (and least frustrating most likely) answer is to contact Samsung concerning the issue. Unless you REALLY know what you're doing, you could mess up a lot of things in the process of trying to bypass FRP (which is not able to be bypassed from all that I have read). You could end up doing something internally to the phone as stated above, and then not only would you be locked out, you'd probably be on the hook for repair to the phone as well.

TL;DR: Contact Samsung immediately instead of wasting time posting here where no one can help you.

All of the above.
Also, I can read quite well.

You can't reply to this thread, by the way, because you created it as a guest. To reply you'll need an active account here on androidforums.com. If you got the spam-like-behavior message - that's okay. Frustrating I know, but not uncommon. Our system isn't perfect, but it does stop a lot of spammers. Unfortunately sometimes it flags the wrong people. Email me at phases at phandroid dot com and let me know what username you would like - and I'll create you an account.

Then you can log in here and reply to all the threads you've created.

Best of luck with that phone!!
