720p playback on optimus t

Hi,

I'm thinking about getting this phone and wanted to know if the phone is able to play 720p video without stuttering? The screen resolution is pretty low so I'm concerned they wont play well. I plan on using moboplayer or mplayer instead of the stock video player app. Thanks.

I have an Optimus V (the One,M,S,T,and V are extremely similar and use an ARM 6 processor). Mobo Player works fine. I use BS Player Lite because it can be moved to the uSD card.
There is not as much support for the T as there is the M and V (Metro PCS and Virgin Mobile).
Metro PCS has come out with the M+ which is looking really good. Virgin Mobile has come out with the Elite which is just as good.
The LG Optimus T is old an slow by comparison.
