Root ##778 Menu Problem

Ok so when I type ##778 to get to the setting menu I get a pop-up saying "complete action using" and a list of a bunch of programs.

I know normally it comes up with a view or edit then asks for a password when you hit the edit button.

I have used titanium backup and autostarts to stop some applications but it wasnt anything that is system based..

Any ideas? Its really bugging me. Also this is a replacement inc from asurion and the menu worked at first because i did the tether edit trick..

Sounds like you disabled something you shouldn't have. Restore a backup, unfreeze anything you've frozen, or reflash a stock rom.
Out of curiosity, what programs does it give you options to complete the action with?

The only thing ive disabled is like cityid and the verizon store and tweet and crap like that.. ive tried defrosting everything but still nothing....

The options it gives me are:
gmail
apps
astro
browser
calender
handcent sms
internet
latitude
maps (three times)
market (twice)
messages
music
nav (twice)
people
places
search results
select text
settings
tapatalk (three times)
voice search
winamp
youtube

Its mind boggling. The only thing i havent done is a restore because like a dumb*** i didnt do one before that..
