Root 911 problems resyncing google contacts and account

today I installed Starship. Wounderful I loved it but I couldn't find where to re sync my google contacts or account with play store I am including screen shots so you know what I am talking about.

first is play store I hit ok and nothing happens

now when I go into account to add the account this is what I get

when trying to sync contacts

I have never had this problem before. I have forgetten befor but found out how to resync everything when doing a new ROM but this time nothing. there for I lost all my contacts and and can't update any apps

Please some one help me ASAP

I did flash GAPPS but what I didn't do is start clean. I didn't wipe data cashe and factory resit so I am trying that now then I will do GAPPS

The solution is to wipe the cache and dalvik cache, and then flash the ROM upgrade and GAPPS. You can still flash GAPPS after installing the ROM and booting, no need to wipe clean. At least on my side...

I got it to work... when I flashed GAPPS it resyncd everything including all my apps
