A bit of help needed please

Hi i got my Desire on Wednesday & love it but need a bit of help. When i touch the up arrow at the bottom left of the screen the All programs now appear as a long list, how do i get the grid view back, i don't know how i changed it.

Hit the menu button while on the list and you get the option to change it back.
