Hello and thanks for the quick response to my registration problem, admins.

I got a Moto G last month. Coming from a history of Blackberries (ten years and six or seven phones worth). VERY happy with it.

I'm also a Mac user. Much experience with Windows going way back and some Unix/Linux as well.

What brought me here is a problem rooting the G. I'm going to do some searching/reading here and post in the appropriate section if I have to.

I guess, but it makes me feel not bleak.

I can't unlock it. I've tried fastboot and superboot. I've got to go now but I will get the stuff together and post a new thread, K? Thanks, Kate.

Hopefully the good people in the moto g forums will be able to help you get it unlocked and rooted.

Btw good device choice, I've got the moto g as well. Verizon version though (no root available for me )
