A completely different phone!

Ok...I went through three two Rezounds before finally getting the perfection that I have now. My first one was bought in November from Costco. Always had battery issues. I upgraded to the extended battery, and the thing would heat up to ridiculous levels, eat Battery, get stuck in 1X, bootloop, etc. You name the issue, it had it. Eventually I got on the phone with a great tier 2 guy at VZW who sent me a new unit. Well...certified like new. No big deal. However, the first one I got had a blown speaker. Sent it back, and quickly received the one I have now. Wow. It is a totally different experience. This thing almost NEVER warms up, lasts easily 24 hours on a charge, pulls 3G and 4G consistently, etc. I am so glad that I stuck with it even with all of the returns. I really do believe that there are just units out there that have issues that were born somewhere in the manufacturing process. If you're having problems, don't hesitate to send it back to VZW. When this thing is dialed in, it can run with any phone out there.

I've always said that with the amount of phones that are manufactured, you're always going to get a few lemons. In the case of the Rezound, it sounds like you had most of them though .

Fair play to you for sticking it out, I think I would've lost faith after the 3rd.

I have to say that this is the first CLN phone from verizon that I havent had to send at least 4 back for one issue or another. This is #2 I am on and I only sent back the first because of a glitch I felt could become a major deal even though it happened maybe 2 times. It really is a great phone

I got this as a CLN replacement for my problematic Charge. I was worried about it being a CLN but I have to say after 30+ days I am LOVING this phone. So much so that I got a new one for my wife to replace an Eris. So far I am keeping this stock.
