It could be.
A while ago some companies would actually pay people to get a tattoo of their product on a visible part of your body. Some (crazy) individuals put the tattoos on their forehead

I think he just has the bag stuck to his head; no way a tat can do those colors, let alone what it would feel like to have it done on his skull.
At least he didn't do a Mike Tyson and get on tattooed on his Face

Hmm, I saw someone have a tattoo of a Pepsi bottle once, along with another person
having the Android symbol cut into their hair.
If the company is paying him a royalty to advertise for the rest of his days, then I do not see why one would not. Except I believe some people have that love that extends into the Insanity levels.
