Help A few questions......

Okay here it goes......

1) Why does my screen keep dimming and timing out so quickly? I have the setting set to make the screen dim after 30 seconds of inactivity, but my screen will literally dim after 5-10 seconds if I don't touch the screen on the Reddit app and in other apps. Wtf. Like when I try to click "Download" to see a picture message (that doesn't work), it dims after like 5 seconds.

2) I activated my phone a couple hours ago. I can send and receive text messages and calls, but I cannot send picture messages. It just says "Sending" and never sends. I also can't receive picture messages, it just says Downloading.

3) I cannot figure out how to turn off the Lock screen I had set. I don't want it anymore. I followed some directions online, but none of them work.

Try to increase the Front key light and see if that help.

You need MetroPCS data connection to be able to send and receive MMS, make sure that data is enabled (not just Wifi)

Settings-->Lock Screen--->Select Lock Screen-->Non

2) Yeah, I had to change a setting. Isn't that weird? You'd think it would just automatically change that for me once I activated my phone.

3) Thank you so much! This will sound stupid, but I actually went into that screen a ton of times, and I thought that it was trying to make me select a new pattern, I didn't know it was asking for my current pattern to get into the settings. Wow. So now I know! Thank you so much!
