a little confusion about release date

My friend was a hair away and I kept telling him about this one and the nexus. He was still going to pull the trigger until I sent the leaked photos.;)
 
Apparently the Droid 3 owners are also about to get a whiplash update to Droid 4, so those dwelling on being one-upped that own Droid 3s could also fall in the same frothing envy.

Looks pretty good 11/4 is the day, but sad how they keep their own people in the dark.

Moto CEO did telegraph this in their earnings discussion when before released, he called the Bionic literally, "just just another device" and in a disinterested tone. He has been speaking about the Razr like it his child.

I just spoke to a verizon rep about the price difference it is showing on the website as well as the shipping date. The rep I spoke to stated I should expect to see it on the 11th as they have not been told about a release date yet. As far as the price difference, she thought it was mostlikely a technical issue on the site but the $299.99 is the right price. Too bad, as I like the $249.99 price point. :)

Here's to hoping it comes early though!
 
11/4 is a Friday I dont recall VZW releasing phones on a Friday. Their release day is mainly thursdays if im not mistaking.

Then it would be Nov 3rd no? Dont get me wrong I'll be super ecstatic if its release next week instead of the Nov 10, Im just playing pessimist because there is no official date from VZW or Motorola. :(

They announced the bionic the day before it launched. Verizon never announces things to far in advance.
 
That would be nice if we get it that early. From what I have seen "Early November" is the word on the street. The question and others can chime in is, is the 10th of Novemeber considered "Early"?

No matter when it is this phone is worth waiting for. :)

Edit: Looking at other data, if I am not mistaken, The iPhone 4S pre-orders started 5 business days before it was actually released in stores. If they follow the same timeline with the RAZR we could possibly see them this week. Here's to hoping!

Edit again: Even more interesting is the post over at Android Central which shows the RAZR coming to Rodgers next week on the 4th. i know that is not the US but it would certainly be nice if we heard something this week.
