Hi I had this app that for the life of me I cant rember the name of or how to re download it. It is a bubble notifier that shows cosplay when I got a txt message and I loved it because well chicks can like cosplay lol. So can someone please help me and send me the link

If you downloaded it from the playstore, you should try going to 'my apps' in the playstore and then go to 'all'. Now you see a list of all apps you ever installed, including this app you are looking for.

If it's from outside the playstore, then unfortunately I can't help you.

I wolud do it that way but I was using someone elces email addie and now I cant use it so its under there name not mine

I have moved this thread into the Android Applications forum since you are trying to find a lost application and hopefully people here might have a better idea :)
