Help A musical flutter

Don't know what I did to make this happen but every time I dial my phone I get a musical flutter before I dial and afterward. Anyone experience this and know how to get rid of it???

I know the X can be set to vibrate when a call connects and when it ends

try looking under your call settings

Thanks much. That solved my problem. It wasn't in call settings but your response set me thinking and hunting and I found the fix in Settings/Sounds. Somehow, the setting for a connect tone was checked. I unchecked it and c'est fini. Thanks again quickaudi for the fix and landovr for your response.
