androids os runs different than other forms of linux/unix, like Apples Mac os

as you see they are very diffrent. A big task indeed . im not sure if we will ever see the day that chrome os runs on a armv6 chip

Chromium os would no be possible with the way it installs. It dosn't use the same partition table as a normal os would use. if you installed the 2gb chromium os on your hdd, it would use the whole hdd and you wouldn't be able to use it for anything else.
