A One-Click Method to Side Load Apps Without Rooting (Works Perfectly on Captivate)

Download and use a program called Android Central Sideload Wonder Machine. It's a one click solution, works amazingly on the Captivate and requires no hassle. The program claims to work on un-rooted phones (though mine is rooted).

My girlfriend's Captivate is not rooted though so I will test this out on her phone as well to confirm it. Check it out though. I've already gone to town with this and it works great.

this works great but I received a warning from titanium b\u that system settings wouldnt allow tb to restore said app ,probably because of the non market app lock att has

App works great but titanium still needs hardware sideloading to re-install apps correctly I believe so there are benefits to enabling this in the phone.

Not true. From the author:

"This is needed by the free version only. In the donate version you can disable unknown sources. I will most probably add a feature in TitaniumBackup to allow users to toggle this setting easily, as Samsung has hidden it."
