Root A question about notification toggle

Is there a way to make it to where if you click on one of the toggles, the notification bar doesn't roll up? I hate it when I have to make more than one change and I have to pull down the notification bar again.

Not that I can think of unless you edit the action hitting a toggle does within the notification app somehow but I doubt that's possible.
