Help A Quick question

Hey gang I Just got a new sd card and im looking at whats on the old one and my question is EXACTLY what HAS to be on the sd card I mean there is a lot of crap on this old one.
any thoughts would be wonderful

nothing really unless you have pictures and music that you want to move to the new sd card, all other folders are from the phone and apps that's install to the phone and they will make a new folder on there on anyhow.
