A really ANNOYING PROBLEM

first off, let me say that my battery life is fantastic and everything works great. the only problem i have is that i will kill most apps like maps because it drains my battery and i lock the phone when it is at 85%. 20 mins later i check its at 75% percent and i look in the app killer and see that map, navigation, sprint store, music and other stuff is running? can anyone help stop this? its killing my battery
 
Are you using the advanced task killer from ReChild, it works well for me in the aggressive mode. It will kill the tasks while the screen is off. Hope this helps...
