A report on how Droid X Fits into Jeans

The X is the same width as my ipod touch but somewhat longer. I just don't get all the people complaining about the size.
 
i prefer the pack of smokes in the sleeve look...

The only issue with it fitting is the length of it. It is a really thin phone, I don't think anyone that is worrying about buying this thing should worry.
 
I wear low rise jeans that can be a little bit tighter of a fit than most and it fits more than fine in my pocket. I had the iPhone before and with it being slimmer, it actually isn't as noticable as my iPhone IMO. Just a tad bit taller but not much at all
 
I wear shorts almost all year and it slides into my pockets just fine..hell of a lot better then this tank 8703e i am on now waiting on replacement.. nice to be retired and dress like I want to.
 
This thread is really driving home " its ok in jeans ".....hmmm....I have been weighing the X vs Incredible fight....I like the bigger screen :D...are these hard to get used to as a phone beings they are so skinny....is it hard to get a grip ?

Yeah I hate putting phone into pocket but I don't want to carry a Manbag, lol. Most girls carry their phones in their bad so that's cool.
I don't want to get a buckle since I don't think it's very approporiate for younger people (don't get mad at me, this is what I think "personally".
 
I'll admit... i have a few semi-tight jeans and the phone still fits perfectly in the pockets. The only time it felt too bulky was when I had a case on it. Since i've taken the case off, it fits perfectly into my jean pockets.

my forum idea is looking better and better isn't it Carmen?

Btw i am going to try and make a little phone holder after i get my x. Im going to make it out of 550 cord if it turns out alright i will post some pics and if anyone wants one say cause there "tiny girly purse" is too small :P i will take some orders.
 
I've only had the phone 1 day and I already put on all my jeans to be sure it would fit.....and it did...in every pair I own. lol
 
Fits fine in my jeans. I do miss putting it in my shirt pocket though. Now the top pokes out. If I put it in my shirt pocket with the screen facing me then it makes me look like a creeper with the lens pointing outward haha

back to topic i will never have a problem fitting this phone into my pockets, my pants that i wear have HUGE cargo pokets. as for my jeans i never keep my phone in there anyways i am always on it toooooo much.
 
I keep mine in the holster pouch hanging outside my front pocket, but today it was raining buckets, so I jammed it in my pocket; phone, pouch and all. No problem, although it made a helluva lump.

If I can stuff it in a pocket inside its holster, its gotta be a non-issue for most.

But back on topic, my gay friend thinks its to big for him. he wears tight ass jeans(tighter then me)
and he is like it's too big.....so he wants a clip

I thought it would be too big for my tight-ass Diesel jeans, but it isn't. That's the first thing I inspected when I got the phone.
 
I'm sure the X fits into most jeans (front pocket), while you're standing up. But what about sitting down? Does everyone always remove their phone first? I think the phone is a bit too tall for me to comfortably leave it in my pocket while sitting down in unless it's baggy/loose fitting clothes.
