This Dinc is getting annoying with the application data space is low. I'm getting to the point where I ignore it. One quick question though. When you go to menu>settings>sd & phonestorage, I see internal phone storage at 6.35gb of 6.84gb available space. Then I see phone memory at 488mb of 748mb available space. But what's the difference between internal phone storage and phone memory? Thanks

I believe phone memory is contacts, calendar, etc. The other is used by apps.
Lighten up your internal memory by viewing the apps and sort them by size. Then click on the ones that are not that important and either remove or click "Clear Data".
Careful that will do just what it says.

Phone memory is for apps and some essential app data, phone storage is for whatever you want to put on it(except apps)

And neither is responsible for the OP's low on space warnings. That is being caused by a separate partition that you can't access/see unless you're rooted. That is used by apps for private data storage, and has only 150mb of space.
