Help A weird data connection problem in Atrix

There has been a weird bug in my Motorola Atrix. Whenever I try to browse some webpage using browser in my phone while in a cellular network then a message "Access to this URL has been blocked" is displayed each time. But at the same time when I use some app lets say the facebook app then data works fine I can see status updates and download pictures of my friends. The message is only displayed if I try to browse webpage in browser. I have tried to open a page using different browsers like Dolphin, opera but none of them did anything different. Its just like all my apps can connect to the internet while in 3G or 4G but any webpage won't open in my browser. I have checked in setting but could not figure that out. So I'm looking for a reason, if somebody can tell me what's wrong then that'll help a lot.

I'm getting redirected to my carrier's access denied page everytime i try to visit a webpage since august 11th. 5 days later i still can't access anything using 3G, not even from apps. I changed rom, radio, kernel and nothing has solved the situation.

Everyone i know who owns an Atrix in my country (Venezuela) is having this problem (not really a lot of people here have an Atrix actually).

APNs are correctly set, and everything was working ok since last thursday, then suddenly it lost data connection.

I'm on 2.3.4 with BL unlocked. But people with stock 2.3.4 without BL unlocked have the same problem.
