Help A weird message popped up on my TB while charging

So i forgot my charger this morning ARGGGGGGG. Then i remembered that i had a "spare" charger in my car. So i plugged it in my phone to the wall and a couple of minutes later a message popped up stating something like "the charger in use is not strong enough for this device" i am now noticing that the even though the little battery icon is acting like its being charged my battery widget keeps getting lower and lower. So i now learned that even though a charger might fit it that dosent mean that it would give it a charge. Today is going to suck lol.

I think this charger is from non smart phone device WTF. I havent had a dumb phone in a year. So y the hell was this charger in my car SMDH.

yeah, you gotta make sure the voltage is high enough to power the phone.
just checked the charger i use daily and it says output=5v=850Ma.

so if it is lower than that i doubt it will work well.

WOW this one is 430Ma no wonder y it wont work lol its half the freaking power.

The USB wouldnt even let me mount the phone.

No, 430mA will still charge it. It just may not charge it such that incoming charge > outgoing (to phone usage). mA measures current, not power.

What is the voltage on your charger?

4.4 volts. It wont charge it at all. I thought that maybe if i turned it off it would charge it. Then come to find out that the charge light won't even come on. So i am S.O.L. I would let it charge in the car but i dont want to cook my phone in the heat.
