Help A weird problem with the screen?

Hello Everyone!

I just got my Epic 4G a few weeks ago and I love it. I haven't used my iPhone since I got it. This thing is amazing.

One thing however that has been slightly bugging me though. When I'm in the car, I have this car adapter thingy that turns the car plug into like a wall outlet. So I plug in my wall charger that came with my Epic and as soon as its plugged in, the touch screen goes crazy. It turns very inaccurate, and its almost impossible to do anything. However, the second I take the plug out it goes back to normal.

It doesn't do this when I plug it into the wall, just in the car.

Is this damaging my phone? Sometimes I really need to charge my phone in the car >.<.

Welcome to Android Forums.

I'd only use a charger that came with the device, or one that was made specifically for it.

The screen problems are an indication that there is an incompatibility and I'd not use that charger again if I were you.
