a100 or second tab 2

I was going to order second galaxy tab 2 then i spotted a100 for $199. Looked at the specs and they seems as good if not better than tab 2 specs. i dont care about size and all that I know it's bulky but it doesnt matter to me. Don't play games.

It runs ICS right? So would it be a better choice ? I know it's only 50 bucks more for the Tab 2 but whatever not that big of a deal but anyway..

best buy currently sells both. suggest you drop in and compare them side by side. the a100 does now run on 4.0.3 and I'm quite happy with mine.
