A10e sim problem

got a new phone galaxy A10e iwas putting in sim card ant must not have been the holder right, the phone said no sim card, i pulled the sim car holder ant the sim card fell off inside thephone, how so i open phone and get it out?

ifixit has tools that can pry apart the phone that does not have a removable back.

FYI the phone's back is very firmly glued in place. That's why you need the correct tools and methods to disassemble it without damaging anything.

Is there a competent phone tech in your area? The sort of place that might do battery and screen replacement work. Maybe they can disassemble the phone and retrieve your SIM?
