Root A75 gb rom porting to a70

did you follow all the instructions like usb debugging and enable "UNKNOWN SOURCES"
and before using this start adb server in android sdk if still fails then in its folder replace the zergrush exploit with a gingerbreak exploit and try atleast three times

which exploit you used and try using gingerbreak
atleast this restarts phone now use superoneclick using administrator rights and try to root it .again try atleast three times
if it fails use gingerbreak exploit

if still fails i cant do anything good luck

mmx a75 runs cwm recovery without rooting.
cwm recovery is preinstalled is there any way to root a75 using cwm recovery?:confused:

that's practically absurd it must be stock recovery, could you post a screenshot?

Use zergrush exploit (it's the latest exploit), it cab be found here(you need to be on a linux distro for this)

OR

there's one more way out of it, upload your boot.img and system.img somewhere and post the link here

i cant post scrrenshot as i dont have two mobiles i ll post it later but i can tell u what it shows on stock recovery

Android system recovery <3e>

android system recovery utility

reboot system now
apply update fom sdcard
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
backup user data
restore user data




and how to get system.img and boot.img?

It's definitely stock

without CWM Recovery you can't dump the system.img and boot.img or install it, so that's a dead end

So you'll have to use ZergRush. (link posted in previous post)

Try it and post the result

he tried all of them zergrush and gingerbreak they didnt work ..as he has already a stock recovery same like samsung y ...
even samsung y is rooted through flashing a update zip through stock recovery which roots the phone maybe its same in a75

i dont have linux installed but i have windows 7 installed and i used superoneclick v2.3.1 and it gives an error on step 7 while rooting with zergrush thet remount permission denied:(

i am making a update zip for your phone and will upload it before then through stock recovery take a backup of phone .and copy the backupand sd card contents to your pc i will upload in a few minutes

and you have a option to apply update from stock recovery right

ok download the below file and copy it to root of sd card and reboot to recovery and flash it and tell me if it works ...

warning=i am not responsibe if you brick your phone ...
this zip just has superuser apk which is installed nothing else so have backup because i have not tested it
chances of bricking is 0%

update zip
