Root AAHK (downgrade)

Starting stock recovery the first time to init....

Steps:
1. When you see the ugly red triangle, push/hold vol-UP and then push power to
start stock recovery.
2. When you get to the blue stock recovery menu, choose reboot and push power.

Izwoz - just hazarding a guess but, in your other thread, you mention that you have been having problems with your USB cable... have you tried using another cable?

Yes I bought one today to do this specifically. They only had 5 meter cables in stock.. ha.

EDIT:
Are you running AAHK on Windows. If yes, it could be a USB driver problem.

Yes you are right (windows is so bad...). Ran it using linux and it seems to be working now. Not done yet hope it all works out :)
Edit2: yes downgrade was success now to root it
 
Yes, AAHK seems iffy on Windows. On Linux or Mac where Android drivers are native to the OS, the process always runs smoothly.

Nice guide. I have installed Ice cold sandwich. It is soo amazing. I think now i should replace the damaged housing and cracked touch screen then it will be like a totally new phone :)
