About any phone really.....

Hi all,

My question is about any mobile you have on a contract, mines an 02 contract through carphonewarehouse ( Samsung galaxy S2) and since the 7/7 its been in for "repair" due to a manufactures fault, my warranty was 2 days out of date so I couldn't just get a new one. Any ways what I want to know is if they have my phone in for "repair" longer than a month does that mean I still have to pay my monthly payment even though I'm paying for a SGS2 and I've only been given a crappy nokia for the time being. I'll gladly pay for my minutes and texts which I recon is around

I have had the same problem before with o2. I rang them to complain and explained that I was paying for a phone that I could not use, they knocked off the line rental for that month so if I were you I would ring and complain
