Hi y'all my name is JJ and I have looked for this on here but can't find anything on it. I'm sorry if it's already been answered. I have a regular Galaxy S 4 on VZW and when I pull up the internet a lot of times "About Blank" comes up and it won't let me type anything or go to one of my bookmarks. I have tried closing window but it comes back when I reopen. Also I have cleared cache, cleared data, pulled battery, and restarted my phone. I do have the VZW antivirus but it always says no threats. Any help I would appreciate. Thanks.
