Root About the OTA

I have seen a lot of posts regarding the new OTA. I rooted recently, and I'm worried that it might download automatically. What can I do to prevent this? I have only rooted my phone, no custom ROM. Also, I haven't done any Nandroid (?) backups, only app and data through titanium. What should I do? Thanks!
