Root About to Root tonight, but before I do...

I'm about to root tonight. Doesnt look that hard even though this is my first time. But before I do I have a major question, and its important since this is my work phone as well.

IF something goes wrong can I restore to pre-root condition and get it serviced by verizon?

Yes. There are instructions on XDA on how to unroot.
