Root accelerometer not working in CyanogenMod 7

hello i have recently installed absolution on my htc inspire and the accelerometer is not working at all. this rom is cm7 based but when i use any app that requires it such as aTilt 36 labyrinth nothing at all happens i already tried to mess with the settings nothing works this has happend for all the custom roms i have tried to install on my htc inspire hd please help

Really this would be best asked in your devices root section.

Something to narrow down. Does the official cm7 work?!

@SUroot sorry im kinda a noob to the forums no the officail rom does not work either nothing has yet.
