Help accept the update?

So I just picked up a new xoom and I'm loving it so far.... I'm not planning on rooting it, don't really have the time right now... but I want to keep the window open for the future.... I remember from some of my phones that you didn't want to update the software because you might not be able to root afterwards... is that the same for the xoom? It says I have an update, HRI66, is there any reason I should not install it?

You should install it and then download the newest FLASH file from the Market.
