Help accessing apps from samsung aapps...

Galaxy GT-P5113 with4.0.4... Loaded the game Flow, through the Samsung apps page with great results, but when we try to download any other free apps, it just flashes "waiting" and nothing appears to download... What am I doing wrong??? Snake...

Try deleting your Samsung account, power off the device and restart, then set op the Samsung account again.
Doing this sorted my original sync problems out
