Help Accessing SD card

hi guys,

just wanna ask if anyone having problems with PC connections? I connected mine with PC and it supposed to have option for me to choose what i want to do with the connection; charge, syn, etc. but it didnt show up on the mobile. Also i did not see the USB connection icon on the phone either. After connection, I can see the SD card being recognised on the pc but i cant access it. The battery shows that it is charging too.

Anyone can assist? thanks so much!

I had a problem with my microSD card slot an had to get the phone swapped, there was a gap underneath the SD card slot was supposed to be flush with the edge of the phone. Carphone warehouse swapped it straight for a new one.

maybe i should also go back to the retailer or htc.. thanks.

I did a hard reset on the phone and it works fine.. I'm all happy with this phone..
