So it looks like the car kit has came out. Just got it at my verizon store. They had no ETA on the Desktop dock. Has anybody heard anything about the desktop dock?

BTW car kit is pretty nice didn't get a chance to play with it much just mounted and adjusted it. It does require your phone to be naked though, so no cases for me now :/

i'm tired of throwing away desktop docks and car docks...i'm going to get universal docks so i can use them with cases and with my next phone.

I bought a pretty cool dock for my car at WalMart for $5 the other day works really nice I'll take a picture later today and post it up .

Just looked really quick but didn't see it , it was in the Automotive Section it clips into the Heater Ducts , I guess the only problem is when using the heater in the winter you'd have to close that vent.
When I had the Eris I had the perfect spot but the the placment of the micro usb port ruined that for me

Kind of graniny pic but better than nothing. The part that holds the phone securely is actually a removeable belt clip. I like it and have been using it since day one.

I bought the car dock that was pictured. I'm looking for the desktop docks, I would use a universal but I would like one that doesn't have a unattached cable hookup so when i grab the phone it undocks from the USB on its own. Hopefully I explained that right. I think if its just a loose cable its only a matter of time before I grab and forget that the cable is hooked up and break the USB port.

You cannot link pictures off your harddrive. Find a image hosting website (imageshack, photobucket, etc.) and get the .jpeg to post instead.
