Help Accidentally deleted contacts storage ! PLS HELP !

So I wanted to add music to my phone and I solved that by someone on a forums saying to delete my contacts storage and to re-synch after . It worked but I lost all my contacts ! I have no back-ups at all and I'm going crazy because I've lost hundreds of contacts ... I'm really upset and I have no idea what to do ! I viewed all the other threads but no luck . So someone out there please , please help ! I tried all that import from SD card but it didnt find any data ... PLEASE HELP MY STUPID DISTRAUGHT ASS OUT ! :'( I dont know how Im going to survive with 0 contacts on my phone . luckily I still have some friends who link with facebook so that works ...

if u had made a backup (Export to SD Card) before ur foolish act then just import it back or open it with notepad in Windows.
