Hello!
Are you sure you didn't just disable it? Without root, you cannot delete a system app such as QuickMemo.
Look in your menu/settings/application manager. Swipe right to "disabled" and look for QuickMemo.
Let us know if you see it there...you can re-enable it

Hi, I disabled the function swipe up quick memo and do not remember how to do enable again. To be able to leave it with the Google Now the home button. Can anyone help me?
