Help Account setting incorrect...

I am trying to send a couple of videos to a friend, I know that they are to large to send via mms so i am trying to send from my phone to his email, I keep getting a error message saying that "account settings incorrect" i've gone through this 5 time, can't figure it out......worst part is he has an iphone and says he can send videos with no problem......help quick, i need to shut this ifad user up
