Account Sync

My daughter has a HTC One SV and we were wondering if you can sync her email account to automatically sync. At the moment she has to go into her email app and select refresh before new emails appear. She is using an IMAP account. Her setting in the email account is to sync between 0800-2200, but this just doesn't seem to happen unless she refreshes herself. In the Accounts sync, the only option is to sync all accounts that she may have, rather than selecting what accounts.

You can use an app like k-9 mail which allows you to choose how often it sync's.
