Ace 3 upgrade from Ace 2

I read that the camera is disappointing, well I found the camera not too bad on my Ace 2, so as this phone is an upgrade I am wondering if you noticed any deterioration in it's performance from the older Ace 2?

Also has the 4G made a big difference for you?
