Root Ace II lock screen bug !

Hi everybody, I updated CM 11 (20140503) and when i press lock button to open screen, this error always appears. I must press lock button again for back normal. It's CM bug or hardware bug ? Can you help me ?

Do you have a nandroid you can fall back on?

Flash the most recent nightly to see if the same bug still occurs?

Yes, i have nandroid.
But when i flash with the lastest verision, it's still bug.
