Help Ace II X bad reception

Just got an S7560, and I can't get a cell signal connection inside my house with it. Never had this problem with any other phones. When my Blackberry shows a signal of -90db, the Ace II X will show only -113db. Any thoughts? Does it have a notoriously bad antenna? Our Galaxy SIII has no issues at all. I have to go to the end of the driveway to get the new phone to find a cell signal.

Does the Ace 2 allow for removal of the SIM card? If so, power down then take out the battery, sd card (if removable) and the SIM card. Wait about a full minute, then put it all back together and test to see if that resolves the issue.

If not, a factory data reset may be in your future.

Already did all that and also reset to the factory settings. Nothing changed. Still not getting a good signal.
