Root Acid Audio Engine

Hey Boneface I think I found out what the fu*k is up with my phone ignoring the equalizers. Last night after finding an eq that works without vibration and skipping all was working great until this morning, it was doing that crap again.

I think its my Skull Candy speakerphone buds with the stupid mic/action button doing this. Last night I was using my plain ol' 2X earmuff headphones and I had no problems. I'll confirm this when I get home today.
 
Speaker phone buds are irrelevant. God dang Pandora app is disabling my eq apps :mad: Any other audio/video app like PVStar, YouTube works fine with eq..

I tried looking into Pandora's shared-prefs xml file to see if I could find anything that is killing my eq off... Can't find anything. Guess I have to live with it

Try giving Viper app a chance. It installs as a normal app APK. installer after it requests dl'ing viper driver. DL that reboot and give it a whirl. I installed on ALL my devices and that includes the rockchip TV sticks. It amplifies the audio on normal devices fantastically clean sound. On the TV still is there has been the problem of ac3/Dolby and DTS audio licenses. These apps are just great and no issues with system conlicts etc. Check it out at xda developers..easy to install and REMOVE. Luck.
