Help acore problem - Samsung Galaxy S

Hi,
I recently flashed the ROM on my SGS and now have a problem trying to change the ringtone for specific contacts: when I edit the contact, change their ringtone and select "Sound" I get this error: "Sorry! The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." It happens every time."
If anyone has any good ideas how to resolve this I would be grateful. It is a minor thing, but very annoying. Especially with the ringtone I used to have for my wife but can no longer use!

I'm having the same issue:

Depending on the ROM and kernel installed which may have removed some apk files, I *believe* the fix is going to be to return the "MyFiles.apk".

oops (links to images fixed). loading myfiles.apk fixed the problem for me.

used sdxappremoval-1.5 and placed the apk in the backup folder. (backup folder created after backing up an apk.)
