ok so i did a factory reset on my incredible by going through the settings and then format. now when i try to activate it, Its asking for a phone number, and order number??
never had this issue before, before i was able to click activate and press option 1 and that was it now option 1 asks for number and order number. anyway around this. Please help cannot use phone. I also by pass it so many times it let me in the phone and i dialed *228 and press 1 and same thing any clues
