Help Active Sync (No Notification Sound)

I recently changed my email from POP3 to Activesync, for work email, and now I am not getting a notification sound or vibrate when I receive email.

The emial notification sound worked fine when I was on POP3. I have gone to the Menu and checked all the appropriate boxes in the email seetings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
