Help Activesync Contact Notes Not Working

I am syncing emails and contacts on my Atrix with our Exchange 2010 SP1 server. When I add a Contact note on my computer (Windows 7 & Outlook 2007) it does not show up on the phone. When I add a note to a contact on my Atrix it replaces the note in Outlook with the new info. For some reason it is just a one way sync, but just for the notes section for Contacts. Anyone else try this? I have tried to add/delete a phone number from both ends and that works fine. Thanks!

Can anyone test this and post their server and client versions? I was thinking it may be because I am not on Outlook 2010.

I can confirm this; I'm having the exact same issue with Outlook 2007, Exchange 2007 SP3, and a stock 4.1.57 Atrix.

You posted a while ago. Any change on your end?
 
I am on the same build and still have the same issue. It sucks because the notes on your phone are the same as Outlook, so if you add something you take the risk of losing your notes in Outlook. I would image everyone has the issue, but I was not able to get anyone else to test it.

No change after the 4.1.83 update, either. :-( I'm now trying to determine if the problem exists across all motoblur phones, which I suspect it does...
 
I have a problem with my Atrix phone not properly sync with my company's Outlook 2010 contact notes. It appears not all my notes for a contact are on my phone put appear on my laptop Outlook 2010. When I edit them on my phone I lose a the notes that were not on my phone but were on my laptop. What's going on here???
 
Welcome to the Motoblur bug-club. Its is a known issue w/Motoblur that moto just doesn't seem interested in fixing, yet. The upcoming Gingerbread update is our next hope for a solution. Keep your fingers crossed!
