Root ad free stock rom and battery saving kernel?

I'm looking for a ad free rom that's like stock or a way to make the stock rom ad free. Also I'm wanting a kernel to help with battery life. Right now I'm gettin 13 hours from a 1800mah muegen battery so I need to try to extend that. Any ideas?
